FAQ
Are "waterproof" gloves really water proof or just water resistant.
Most waterproof gloves have sewn seams and although good for keeping hands dry in intermittent showers can be compromised if fully immersed in water (or snow) for a long period. To be be fully waterproof they would need to be made with heat sealed seals which are more expensive.
Can waterproof gloves be washed ?
Washing instructions - Hand wash in luke warm water with a small amount of liquid detergent . Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
Should the glove cuffs go over or under my jacket sleeve ? For protection from the rain the cuff should ideally be inside the jacket sleeve to prevent rain water from running down your arms into the gloves.
