Shipping policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. We do not dispatch on the weekend or bank holidays. The delivery price of your order is usually based on the weight of the item(s) ordered .

UK orders
Orders may sometimes take 3-4 working days after dispatch to arrive so please bear this in mind when ordering although under normal circumstance they may arrive in 2 working days. If your require your order more urgently then please select Next day courier at checkout.

Overseas orders - 
Most international orders are usually sent via tracked courier. Large letter size items are sent Royal mail without tracking unless you select the upgraded large letter tracked option.

Please note that occasionally items may take longer to arrive depending on the postal service in your country or adverse weather conditions.

Italy 3+ weeks
Rest of Western Europe 7-10 working days (ie 1-2 weeks)
Eastern Europe 10-14 working days (ie 2-3 weeks)
Outside Europe 20+ working days (ie 3-4 weeks)
